Absolutely! Families love staying with us. We offer interconnecting rooms, cots, and rollaway beds on request, plus a stunning lagoon-style pool with a sandy beach entry for kids. During school holidays, our VIK (Very Important Kids) program offers fun activities to keep little ones entertained.
3. What dining options are available?
Our signature restaurant, MOKU Bar + Grill, serves delicious tropical-inspired meals, cocktails, and family-friendly dining. We also offer poolside service, a buffet breakfast daily, and menus with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Locals are always welcome to dine with us.
4. Is the lagoon pool heated?
Our lagoon-style pool is one of the largest in Cairns and is designed for year-round enjoyment and hosts the only swim-up bar in Cairns. While it is not heated, the tropical Cairns climate keeps the water at a pleasant temperature throughout most of the year.
5. How far is the resort from Cairns Airport and attractions?
We’re just a 10-minute drive from Cairns Airport and a short stroll from the Esplanade, Reef Fleet Terminal, and Cairns Aquarium. Our team can also help you book tours to the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest.
6. Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes – we cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Just let us know when you book or mention it to our staff, and our chefs will be happy to assist.
