Chef Damon has more than 10 years of experience working in renowned Australian restaurants, from Brisbane’s South Bank to the peaks of the Snow Mountains in New South Wales. “His love of exploring international cuisine and cooking techniques combine with the region’s outstanding seasonal produce provides our guests with a unique epicurean experience,” said Monique.
Being part of AccorHotels, the largest hotel chain in Australia, Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort also allows meeting organisers to earn LeClub Meeting Planner points for their conferences and events. The points earned can then be used at any of the 2000 AccorHotels.
