New seasonal menu in Mizuna Restaurant

Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort signature Restaurant, Mizuna Restaurant has once again impressed the competition with Executive Chef, Gary Brinkman releasing his new seasonal menu. The Menu is inspired by local products sourced from areas such as Tropical North Queensland’s own Atherton Tablelands and iconic Great Barrier Reef.

Chef Gary says “Our menu focuses on using fresh local produce. It is a fusion of modern Australian and French, incorporating Australian bush foods. With summer approaching we have aimed for comfort food but in a lighter style, it’s all food I’d like to eat”.  Click here to view menu
