The Moku team are proud to announce our first dinner event, entitled ‘Smoke & Rum’ which will take place on Saturday, 31st of August at 6pm.
Our guides for the evening will be master distiller from Bundaberg Rum - Duncan Littler on the rum front, and Damon Georgiou, our Executive Head Chef on all things low and slow.
Experience a curated list of rum inspired beverages while learning about the distilling process and history of the Bundaberg Rum Masters Distillers Collection.
Complementing the drink craft is a family style sharing of low, slow and smoked foods, conceptualized and crafted by our Executive Chef, Damon Georgiou and his senior team. Damon has paired incredible dining options all over Australia and always ensures his guests enjoy the most unique and flavorsome experiences.
