Carte Bienvenue
At the completion of twelve months of service with Accor you will receive a Carte Bienvenue. This card entitles you to discounts on accommodation and Food & Beverage services at Accor hotels worldwide. See information in staff canteen or HR for further information on how to book.
Accor Extras
All employees may apply for an Accor Xtras card at any time during their employment with Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort. Accor Xtras offers discounts on products and services from a range of suppliers, such as rental cars, Hoyts cinemas, and many theatre shows and big events. The cost of Accor Xtras is a one-off payment of $10 for the card, then $1 per week.
Guest for a Night
As a new employee, we would love you to experience the hotel through the eyes of our guests. Upon the completion of your induction training, you will receive a Guest for a Night Voucher.
The Guest for a Night voucher invites yourself and a partner in for either one night's accommodation plus breakfast for two in the Mizuna Restaurant; or Dinner for two people (food only) in the Mizuna Restaurant (F&B / Kitchen staff).
Enjoy your dinner or accommodation and remember what it is like to be a guest for a night!
Anniversary Bonus
To celebrate your service anniversary each year, you will receive an invitation for yourself and a partner to enjoy:
