Our fully inclusive reception packages incorporate all requirements including buffet or plated menus, beverage packages, theme items, audio visual and venue hire. function rooms

M1 — The largest function room at the Novotel Cairns Oasis Resort, M1 can seat up to 130 people banquet style for your wedding reception. Your audio visual and themeing requirements can be easily provided in this room. Two walls of glass windows opens to the terraces and overlooks the pool and tropical gardens. Perfect option if you are looking for an air-conditioned function room.

M2 — is the perfect setting for small intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions. This room seats 40 people banquet style and all your audio visual and themeing requirements can be provided in this room.

Aqua Bar — offers a great outside, under cover venue that can accommodate 130 people banquet style. The beautiful lagoon pool and tropical gardens of the resort surround your guests. We can arrange flooring so that you and your wedding guests can dine and dance under the stars. You may also wish to consider a beach ceremony on our very own white sandy beach.
